PRODUCT AVAILABLITY
Our web site is regularly updated throughout
the day, to ensure that we provide accurate details on product
availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Orders
placed outside our warehouse open hours (9 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. UK
time Weekdays) may be subject to change. We will contact you as
soon as possible if this is the case.
If a product is shown as being out of stock in our warehouse there
is still a chance that a branch may have stock. If you wish to
check this you can email our sales
team, or 'phone them on 0118 9790713.
If you place an especially high-value order we reserve the right
to contact you for further confirmation of your order details,
prior to authorisation.
Payment:We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Switch
If you choose to pay by cheque we will not despatch your order until
payment has been cleared.Please make Cheques/Postal Orders
payable to Wokingham Photographic, and send them to: Wokingham
Photographic 24 Denmark Street Wokingham Berks RG40 2BB
Please print the order page and send it with the Cheque
We want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchases and if for any reason you are not happy please
return it within 30 days and we will replace, exchange or refund
it at your request - subject to the following conditions:
The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions,
etc and must be in as new, original condition.
Digital products can only be accepted if the software is still
sealed.
Audio and Video Tape can only be accepted if the packaging is
still sealed.
This offer does not apply to film, single-use cameras or developing
and printing.
A proof of purchase must be supplied.
We will not refund any product which has been 'specially ordered'
for you.
You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We make every effort to ensure that the information
on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct
any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please

We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from
third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content
of links from this site.
Product photographs are for illustration only, products may differ

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point
prior to dispatch, for whatever reason. Please note we do not
debit your card until the order is dispatched, and it is at this
point that our contract with you commences. You will be promptly
informed if such a situation arises.

Wokingham Phtotgraphic will endeavour to respond to complaints

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will
only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to
the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us
your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from
us or from another trader in the future.

you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
